Back by overwhelming popular demand! FireFly Night at Stokoe Farms, a field-to-fork event.
Stokoe Farms and Julia K Catering, together with other local farms and growers to produce an evening of local wine food and friends. Committed to a true field-to-fork dinner, guests will be treated to a bountiful menu of seasonal offerings.
Hor d'ourves:
-mini chicken tacos with black bean and corn salsa
-arugula, leeks and heirloom tomato mini quiches
-deviled eggs with maple bacon
-JKC's crudite with yogurt dip
-seasonal berry salsa
Soup Course:
-Bloody Mary gazpacho
Salad Course:
-blueberry, broccoli, and spinach salad with feta
-tomato and buffalo mozzarella with balsamic reduction
Main Course, served with two full-pour wine pairings:
Carving Stations:
-Black Button Bourbon Grilled Pork Tenderloin
-hickory smoked pasture raised turkey from Cammen Acres
-Stonehedge Black Angus London Broil
*served with lemon dill potatoes and sauteed summer squash with sweet onions and thyme.
Dessert Course:
-Seasonal Berry Custards
*Additional beer and wine available for purchase.
The Frank Gordon Trio will provide the evenings entertainment.
