Sharing the methods of sap collection and maple sugaring preparation as practiced by Native Americans, early settlers and modern day producers. Following the program, a delicious organic pancake brunch will be served featuring our locally produced maple syrup. Program begins promptly at 10:00am. This is not an open-house format.
