Sat, July 25, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: In this engaging workshop, you’ll roll up your sleeves and actively participate in the recreated 1803 brewery of Walter Grieves, crafting a batch of beer on a commercial scale. Each participant will leave with a growler-sized jug of wort to ferment at home, enabling you to continue the brewing tradition.
