20th Annual Hospice Memorial Walk
*The event has already taken place on this date: Sun, 05/22/2016
The Hospice Memorial Walk offers friends and family of our patients a meaningful and easy way to raise money for the Hospice Foundation while paying special tribute to those who are no longer with us.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
The proceeds raised ensure that we will always have a Hospice program right here in Erie County to serve our families, friends and neighbors during their most critical times in life.
The Hospice Memorial Walk has become one of Buffalo’s premier walks, experiencing record-breaking success each year. Our 5K (3.1 mile) walk route will start at Canalside, with check-in starting at 9 a.m. and the walk beginning 11 a.m.
After the trek through historic downtown Buffalo, walkers gather back at Canalside for the celebration picnic, sponsored by Wegmans. Families also participate in post walk activities including face painting, photos with mascots, bounce house, games, music and entertainment.
