Bridles and Bits Western Riding
Session 2 – July 10-15, 2016
Session 5 – July 31 to August 5, 2016
Session 6 – August 7-12, 2016
Saddle up and spend your days riding the horse trails of Timbercrest and learning the basics of Western riding techniques and management including basic barn chores, grooming, cleaning of the stalls, and feeding of the horses. Pack a lunch and spend the day out on the trail, or pack your bed roll and spend the night under the stars. Lessons will be given based on ability and girls will perform a small horse presentation at the end of the camp week. This complete camp program also includes swimming, campfires, cookouts and more! Campers will earn the horse patch with rider level/s.
Fee: $405 per person

No riding experience is necessary to participate in our horse programs, but girls must be comfortable around horses. Groupings will be based on riding ability and rated by the riding staff. Girls must wear long pants and boots with ¾ inch heels.
