Grab your apron and join us for a morning full of culinary fun! We will learn about what it takes to be a chef and some of the professional training paths that chefs have taken in our world. Campers will identify various kitchen tools and gain an understanding of their proper use. We will work together to cook a full lunch for the class to eat together including an appetizer, main dish, side dish, dessert and drink. Cooking will include a strong emphasis on following directions, measurement, multiplication and fractions. Campers will set the table and practice proper etiquette during our scrumptious meal!
