Fiber Arts Day

Celebrate fiber with us May 29th! Visitors can walk the Historic Village, explore rural heritage craft and living, and enjoy a variety of historic demonstrations along the way celebrating all things fiber arts. Learn from our interpreters how natural fibers were processed, dyed, and used in the 19th century. The Weavers Guild of Buffalo will present a variety of fiber crafts. A member of the Amherst Quilters’ Guild will present on 19th century hand applique.
