Gardeau Valley Trek at Letchworth

Meet at the Castile Entrance Gate (6787 DENTON CORNERS ROAD CASTILE, NY 14427). This 10 am hike is for those who wish the thrill of a more demanding nature walk over hill and dale and often in the remote reaches of Letchworth State Park. Bring a lunch and be prepared for the weather during the several hours outing. Breathe nature and history during a descent into the Jemison Homeland. bush. To learn how present-day maple syrup is made, the sugar house will be open from 10:00am-12:30pm and even some samples! Theme: Wildlife of the Sugar Bush.
