Sat, Sept 21: Learn the process of maple sugaring from sap to syrup. Morning walks at 10:00am discuss the history of maple sugaring, maple tree identification and wildlife of the sugar bush. To learn how present-day maple syrup is made, the sugar house will be open from 10:00am-12:30pm and even some samples! Meet at the Humphrey Nature Center. 0 miles.
