Please join us on Saturday, August 24, 2024 for the Miles for Music 5k in Hamburg, New York! The event is being brought to you by the Hamburg Fine Arts Foundation and Hamburg Music Festival two local non-profit organizations supporting Music and Arts in our community. RACE DAY REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Preregistered participants can pick up packets at Crane Home Care 40 Main St Hamburg NY 14075
Race day registration and packet pickup will take place outside of Union Pleasant Elementary School on Union St. race morning from 8:00 am the start of the race at 9 am. Participants who register by August 16, 2024, are guaranteed to receive an official race shirt. A small quantity of extra shirts will be ordered and distributed to late entrants on a first-come, first-serve basis until they are gone.

5K Registration: $30/$35 on race day
START/FINISH
5K START TIME 9AM: The race will start and end on Union Street in the Village of Hamburg. The course has been USATF certified by Jeff John from BuffaloRunners.com (VIEW COURSE MAP).
POST-RACE CELEBRATION
Post-race fun and awards will take place at Memorial Park on the corner of Union Street and South Lake Street a short 1 minute walk from the finish line. There will be light food/snacks, bottled water, awards, and more!
PARKING
There is plenty of free parking throughout the Village including the municipal parking lot and Union Pleasant Elementary parking lot.
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Trophies will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers plus age group medals as outlined below. Custom finisher certificates showing race stats and age group rank can be downloaded and printed after the race via the RESULTS button at the top of this page.
14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no refunds. In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by race organizers (ex: state of emergency, etc), we reserve the right to postpone/reschedule the event at our discretion or offer a virtual alternative if necessary.
TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Professional timing & finish line services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
