Octopus Day!

*The event has already taken place on this date: Tue, 10/08/2019
Ever wonder how an octopus eats? What about the difference between tentacles and arms? And is it octopi or octopuses? Come find out the answers to those questions and more on October 8th at the Aquarium of Niagara as we celebrate World Octopus Day! Our Giant Pacific Octopus, Babs, will be making some special appearances during live enrichment sessions and our octopus experts will be on hand for special Q&A sessions. We will also be doing a live squid dissection during the event at 1:45PM! Even though it’s not an octopus, you’ll be able to see the similarities and differences between the two animals and ask any questions you may have.
