Saddle Up! Western Riding
July 10-15, 2016
Saddle up and spend your days learning the fundamentals of Western riding. Girls will learn the ins and outs of Western riding, trail riding, corral demonstrations and stable management including basic barn chores, grooming, cleaning of the stalls, and feeding of the horses. Girls will receive lessons based on their riding ability and will perform a small horse presentation at the end of the camp week. Also included is a trail lunch and overnight. Campers will earn the horse patch with rider level/s.
Fee: $405 per person
Registration closes June 27, 2016
No riding experience necessary in order to participate in our horse programs, but girls must be comfortable around horses. Groupings will be based on riding ability and will be rated by the riding staff. Girls must wear long pants and boots with ¾ inch heels.
