Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Join us as we welcome spring back to the swamp with a variety of nature-related exhibits, plus free crafts and games for the kids.

Our theme for Spring Into Nature is Migration, in honor of the Migratory Bird Treaty Centennial 1916-2016. This treaty forms the cornerstone of our efforts to conserve birds that migrate across international borders. During Spring into Nature we will offer activities and programs that create awareness, promote actions, increase support, and expand engagement in the conservations of migratory birds and animals. Family favorites such as constructing bat and butterfly houses and seeing live birds of prey are among some of the returning favorites.  Food will be available for purchase.
