Trick-or-treating in the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood? Join us for the Matt Urban Center’s annual Halloween tradition. It’s even better if you participate and decorate your vehicle! Volunteer registration and donation information coming soon. (Rain date on Oct. 29.)
