The good news is there is likely nothing wrong with your marriage. However, there may be something wrong with how you and your spouse are approaching your marriage relationship.
In this episode of “Common Marriage Myths that Hurt Our Marriages”, Jon Anderson, Marriage Intensive Specialist and Marriage Expert will debunk popular myths such as:
Happy couples don’t argue
Happy couples have the same interests
If this is real love, a great marriage will happen naturally
Intimacy is the result of our compatibility
In a society that loudly declares it is okay to end your relationship with your spouse if you feel like it, families are struggling to find help and hope. Jon will encourage each spouse and help couples understand why our feelings may not always reflect truth.
This online experience includes a 1 hour interactive session with Jon Anderson, followed by Q&A time.
Together, let’s invest in developing healthy marriage beliefs, resulting in a healthy home.
Jon received his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1997. He has done therapy and counseling with thousands of couples and individuals, trained hundreds to facilitate marriage courses, and conducted over 125 marriage intensives. He is the author of “The Acceptance: What Brings and Keeps Lifelong Love“, “Growing Love” and “365 Days of Growing Love”. Jon has 3 grown children, one son-in-law, one grand son, and has been married to Joanna for 34 years.
