Young chefs ages 8–17 can explore cooking and baking at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute! Our hands-on day camps are grouped by age — 8–10, 11–13, and 14–17 — giving every camper a fun, skill-building experience in a real kitchen setting. Right here in Western New York, NFCI is where kids discover their passion for food.

Join us for a fun week of camp with teaching artist Bernadette Scott of the Seneca Nation/Haudenosaunee Confederacy! Students will be learning the cultural importance of traditional and contemporary Haudenosaunee cornhusk art by making cornhusk dolls, flowers, braids, baskets, and trees.
