We provide balloon twisting for anyone ages 3 and over!
Balloons Roc twists for kids and grownups alike.
You are NEVER too old for a balloon animal!

DÉCOR 
We provide limited décor, such as Arches, Columns, and Garlands.

BALLOON CANDY CUPS
Individually wrapped candies in a 20oz domed cup, topped with balloons.

WORKSHOPS
We provide workshops for children of all abilities.

Balloons Roc is a neurodivergent owned business that specializes in sensory friendly entertainment.
All kids have needs that need to be accommodated, some just have a few more and we can cater to that.

BALLOON RELEASES

WE DON'T DO THEM
Balloons Roc is offering to work with Rochester NY families affected
by the violence, and disregard for life, to create an environmentally safe way
to celebrate and memorialize their loved ones, for just the cost of 2 bags of balloons.
Things like bubbles also go up to the sky, and a grounded balloon memorial will stand
as a testament to your loved one for far longer than released balloons.

Foil balloons can take out power if caught in electric lines
and all balloons and their ribbons can harm wildlife.
