Creative Inservices is a Health Education Training company that teaches a variety of courses such as Safe Sitter, First Aid and CPR/AED, as well as other health related in-services in the WNY community. Classes are held at our Cheektowaga location and we also travel for groups of 5 or more.

Creative Inservices is the oldest and largest American Heart Association training center in Western New York.  We have been providing CPR training according to the AHA guidelines for the past 20 years.  Our instructors are primarily nurses and EMTs, offering a wide range of health related experiences.

Creative Inservices is also a registered Safe Sitter® teaching site and now offers the comprehensive babysitting training program for young adolescents (11 and up).  The nationally-recognized program was developed by Indianapolis pediatrician Dr. Patricia Keener after a colleague’s toddler choked to death while in the care of an adult sitter who didn’t know what actions to take. Students who complete the Safe Sitter® program gain confidence and learn how, why and where injuries can happen so they can be prevented.
